在线测量是指完全集成于产线中的测量方式，具有快速性、自动化、可靠性和非破坏性的特点，实现对生产过程的全面控制。雷泰的生产线测量系统广泛应用于光伏、有机发光二极管（OLED）/有机光伏（OPV）、显示屏、触摸屏和玻璃涂层领域。通常情况下，我公司的在线测量采用多光学头配置，可以高效采集数据。此类测量系统可集成于各制程步骤之间的传输系统中。我公司的黄金标准是100%覆盖薄膜设备，保证生产制程零延迟。我公司可提供以下在线测量系统：
