If you use EpiNet 1.10, please run EpiNet-Info.exe, generate a report file and upload the file.

What was the last change in the software or the sensor hardware or in the growth system configuration?
Did the problem occur immediately after these changes?

wafertable.xml or EpiSense.cfg, EpiSense.set, respectively).
