LayTec’s sensors are adaptable to many MBE systems by Riber, Veeco, DCA and VG. Adaptation to other manufacturer’s products and custom-built systems is available on request. Temperature, reflectance and bowing measurements allow you to create the ideal monitoring system for your specific production or R&D application.
