LayTec‘s III-Nitride in-situ seminar in Glasgow

On July 10^th the 15^th LayTec in-situ seminar was held successfully in conjunction with the 9^th ICNS conference (www.icns9.org) in Glasgow. Topical focus of the seminar was „Insitu monitoring of III-Nitride epitaxial growth“. Several hot topics of III-Nitride research have been focused on by our presenting customers: III-N growth on silicon (Christoph Berger, OvG University, Magdeburg) and on SiC (Dr. Frank Brunner, Ferdinand-Braun-Institute, Berlin) as well as MOCVD growth of deep UV LEDs in horizontal reactors (Prof. Misaichi Takeuchi) and in shower-head reactors (Dr. Tim Wernicke, Technische Universität Berlin). In addition, LayTec experts reported in three talks the latest developments in III-N in-situ metrology. All talks are available for download on our website!
